He looks at the role played by Donald Trump in “moving the Overton Window” with phrases and ideas that have been mainstreamed including “Fake News” and the “Deep State.”He then follows with another question, one prompted by President Trump’s assertion that America is entering a “Golden Age.” Does America have a Manifest Destiny?
