Episode 63: Time Keeping You From Your Mat? Three Tips to Help.

from SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people · host Erica

Time. It's a funny thing. Sometimes it seems to pass slowly; at other times we blink and half a year seems to have disappeared. I have found my relationship with time has shifted a lot during the past few months. While I haven't had less to do (home schooling, anyone?!), I've realised that time isn't always the 'problem' I thought it was. And I've seen others talking about this too - like that meme I've seen doing the rounds about 'give me a week off just to clear out my wardrobe ... oh nope, turns out a week off wasn't the problem'. We use a lack of time as an excuse for a lot of things - including moving our body regularly. I ain't here to cast shade on anyone, I've done it and DO so regularly. But ... time isn't the whole of the picture, so in today's episode I'm sharing three tips to help you move beyond that belief that time is to blame (and actually get the thing you want to do done).
