Police immediately decided that she was a runaway and her case remained uninvestigated, that is, until nearly thirty years later, a determined detective Kevin Cady devoted his career to finding answers for the Moulton family. Over the course of several decades, Detective Cady and his team tracked down witnesses and were able to piece together what they believe happened to the young girl on a stormy night so many years ago.
