Continuing in Ephesians 5, Rabbi Steve Berkson points out how Messiah Yeshua clarified the scriptural definition of “love your neighbor as yourself”, to include, “love one another as I have loved you”. (John 15:12) What does “walking in darkness” actually look like? How does Yahweh know that you consider Him to be important in your life? What institution has He given to us that is a “model for the above relationship”? How is love and time related to each other? What is a “generational curse”? Rabbi Steve relates several stories from his personal life in order to illustrate the kind of issues we may all face at times as we navigate our own vertical and horizontal relationships.
