On todays episode we are sharing a personal story of recovery from our 1st Food Addiciton Research Clinical Study groups. Today you will meet Kathryn Kearsey. Kathryn and her husband DK opened a Crossfit gym in Muskoka where Clarissa met her two years ago.  In this episode Kathryn shares her food addiciton recovery story. She found CrossFit in her late twenties and it completely transformed her life. CrossFit is the way she celebrates what she is capable of both physically and mentally. As a coach, she is so grateful to get to help others realize their own extraordinary abilities and achieve things they did not think were possible. She is know also grateful for being in recovery from her sugar addiction. Today she vulnerably shares what it was like before, what it was like beginning this journey and what it's like today!
