Our chat with Denita is very wide ranging and discusses the role of the Brewers Association, which represents the large breweries of Australia and New Zealand in their legislative and regulatory affairs. We end up looking at the association's role in assisting to fund the recently launched Tasmanian Brewery Trail. We also chat with Mazen Hajjar to discuss his background founding a brewery in Lebanon and his very forthright views on the local craft beer market.
