Rachael Greaves is a records and information management thought leader, who designed the Castlepoint command and control product. Her innovative technology concept has transformed the compliance and risk management outcomes of multiple organisations, by automating the application of complex and multi-layered regulatory obligations to their data holdings. Rachael’s mission is to improve outcomes for citizens and stakeholders by helping governments and organisations to provide better, more accountable services.
