Episode 64: RESERVE FOR RESTAURANTS: HOSPITALITY TECH
from Tech Bites
Reserve first came on to the food tech scene in 2014 as way for consumers to "have a better dinning experience" by using the Reserve app. Described as a "digital concierge" the app makes reservations, and holds credit card and tip information to pay the bill. Two years later, the next phase is Reserve for Restaurants. The tech platform is designed to give restaurants greater control over their customer data and reservations systems, to give customers a better experience that is more efficient for the house. It is also designed to take on OpenTable, the long standing, industry giant in hospitality tech. Reserve's CEO/Founder Greg Hong, and Head of Restaurant Product Peter Esmond join us in-studio to discuss their newest product and how they see the future of restaurant tech developing.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
