11/16/12 - "The Skeptical Psychic" Nancy du Tertre, host of "Hot Leads Cold Cases" on CBS and Para-X Radios, interviews retired Commander in the Submarine Fleet of the U.S. Navy and paranormal ghost cleaner, Tina Erwin. They talk about Tina's latest book "Ghost Stories From the Ghosts' Point of View." She talks about her various encounters with ghosts who were haunting people's homes and how she identified them, saw them, communicated with them, and convinced them to leave their strange limbo land in order to seek the Divine Light. In each case, Tina is able to remember the conversations in incredible detail and even with the ghosts' regional accents and very specific concerns. Some ghosts haunt the earth because they are still in shock from the manner of their death, while others are trapped in strong unresolved emotions, while others feel moral and ethical obligations to stay earthbound in order to protect their tribes or loved ones. The book is a very new and interesting twist on traditional notions of how to cleanse a house of a ghost.
