Episode 65 - Wendy Ely, Founder of "Beautifully Positive Coaching"

You are about to meet Wendy Ely. She has an interesting story to tell. IF you were to meet her on the street, you’d get the impression that she is just this naturally bubbly, happy woman. The truth is that her life didn’t start out that way. She worked a corporate job she wasn’t confident in, only to go home to a lonely house and doom-scroll social media on the weekends until bedtime just to repeat the next day. Her fun consisted of shopping on the weekends. She dreamt of living a vibrant life but was stuck… until she made the decision to take that first step. She transformed her life mentally, emotionally, and physically. Besides overcoming the fear of living the life she wanted, she worked for a second-chance employer, motivating and inspiring people who were in really bad spots in life. This sparked her passion for helping others. She is now a certified transformation and relationship coach and founder of Beautifully Positive Coaching, who uses science-backed procedures with customized plans for clients to find their inner light and give them the tools to keep that light shining.
