With over 25 years of experience in nutrition counseling and group programs, Molly offers weight inclusive care to people seeking to make peace with food and their body. Molly is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. Having discovered new ways of thinking about nutrition, she continues to study the concept of Body Trust and also eating disorders.
