Episode 66 - Facing our own hypocrisy with David Pannell of Vegan Business Tribe

Today, I am joined by David Pannell of Vegan Business Tribe. David is a vegan business expert and the presenter of the Vegan Business Tribe Podcast. David has advised a number of high-street food chains, brands and manufacturers to help them better understand the vegan marketplace and is a regular speaker on understanding the plant-based consumer.  A former manufacturing-sector ambassador for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, David founded Vegan Business Tribe in 2020 which has grown into a support community for hundreds of vegan business around the world. David has built a range of businesses over a career that has spanned over 20 years, including running his own successful marketing and business growth agency for over 12 years. He is also the UK agent for The Vegan Society’s Vegan Trademark scheme. David and I cover a lot of ground in this episode. We get the more personal side of David’s vegan journey and how embarking on such a significant lifestyle change really makes us take a hard look at ourselves and face some things we don’t want to face.
