11/30/12 - On this episode, Hot Leads Cold Cases host, Nancy du Tertre, a psychic detective known as "The Skeptical Psychic," interviews Paul Elder about out-of-body experiences (OBE's),near-death experiences (NDE's)and remote viewing with the Project Stargate program created by the U.S. CIA. Paul is the former mayor of a Canadian city in Saskatchewan Province and television network journalist. He participated in the remote viewing experiments conducted by the now declassified Stargate program and currently serves as an Outreach Facilitator specialized in remote viewing for the Monroe Institute in Virginia. He is also an expert in OBE's. Not only did he train extensively to develop OBEs after having had three NDEs (he had near death experiences when he drowned at age 12, was in a car accident at age 17, and had a heart attack at age 41) and now teaches and writes extensively on the topic. He has written a book called "Eyes of an Angel" which revisits his autobiographical journey through the paranormal. He and Nancy talk about the difference between OBE's and lucid dreaming, NDE's and remote viewing. He also talks about new evidence of extraterrestrials on planet earth.
