Episode 66: Interview with Jordan de Jong

This week, we're chatting with Jordan de Jong, who's a property investor and data science expert. And we take a deep dive into some of the things that are featuring in the real estate market, and will in the future from a technical point of view, such as big data and machine learning, which he gives us a great crash course on. We chat to him about how he got started in property purchasing, his first investment at 23 years old, and we go into his analysis that he goes through when purchasing a property, and what an A-grade property means to him. And I'm sure you'll agree that his approach is pretty impressive from a fundamental and analysis point of view. He comes from a very inspiring entrepreneurial background as well, but no silver spoons in his mouth.
