In this Episode I spoke to Career coach Clara Wilcox. Clara has had vast experience in the recruitment and higher education industry. She now supports mums and parents to have a better balance at work and also helps employers to carter for parents who need support at work.  In this episode we spoke about what it's like to be parent and juggle your career.
