Every year the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research presents a summit, where leading experts, patients and caregivers can gather to discuss what's going on with our illness.  It's also a time to learn more about the latest research and to just be with others who get it.  The summit is virtual this year, so you will join on line, but you still get to visit the Exhibit Hall, the plenary sessions, and have Q and A with doctors, researchers and the pharmaceutical companies which are now lining up with exciting research.  In this episode of the Sarc Fighter Podcast, the FSR Director of Patient Programs, Mindy Buchanan joins me to talk about the highlights of the summit, how you can sign up and how to participate at no cost if you are unable to pay the fee.  Mindy is truly excited about all the summit has to offer, and she will share that enthusiasm during the podcast.
