A Valentine’s Day flyer triggers memories of her assault, and she begins to unravel in a different way—overwhelmed by shame, judgment, and guilt. She finds brief comfort in a quiet moment with Jason, but it’s not enough to stop the spiral. Helena stirs up more chaos, pushing Nikolas deeper into his Cassadine side while taunting Liz in her own home. Meanwhile, Lucky can’t see past the betrayal and refuses to help as Liz’s mental health declines. It all comes to a head when Liz ends up collapsed at the church where she and Lucky once exchanged vows.
