Episode 67 Part 1: Roy Orbison.

from the Millennial Throwback Machine · host Sam Williams

This week's episode is all about one of my all time favorite 60's solo artists, and in this week's episode, I break down one of his best and most under appreciated songs. He is generally known for one big hit song but this week I talk about a song of his that more represents his overall very unique style of songwriting and his genre that was right in the middle in between country and pop and his very heavenly voice as well. In this episode, I also show people what makes the song so relatable and how the situation that is described in the lyrics of this song is something that can still happen today to somebody around my age. Next week's episode will be all about the history behind this song and artist. In this episode I also make a very special announcement on who will be my next special guest on my podcast. here's the link to this week's song just in case you wanted to listen to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNdBLBleO90 You Can Also Follow Me and reach out to me On Instagram right here: https://www.instagram.com/iheartoldies/ You Can Also Check Out More of my original Music right here: http://www.samwilliamsmusic.net Also please do check out the official Spotify Playlist for this podcast curated by me, there you will find all of the songs I have talked about on my show so far plus the songs I have talked about with my previous guests on my show.
