YOUR RIGHT TO BARE (Raw and real) ARMS Taking your LEGAL QUESTIONS AND YOUR COMMENTS LIVE on air!  TuneIN Tuesday's 8-9:30 PM  EST  LISTEN ONLINE: www.GTownRadio.com  The 2nd amendment guarantees that "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."  Article 1 Section 21 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, gurantees that "The right of citizens to bear arms in protection of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."   Should the language of these two historic documents be interpretted to give us unfettered rights to bear arms, or should our right to bear arms be qualified in some way? The FTP fam took comments and questions from listeners and we heard real, raw footage from young men in the "Hood". Pennsylvania State Representative Jordan Harris, chimed in and suggested that although he is all for the right of the people to bear arms, the people who are barred by law from having any weapons, are the ones with whom he has a fight. This is only the beginning, Check this episode out and stay tuned for more!
