Andy is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, who is now the Texas A&M University Program Director for the National Security Innovation Network. He is also a Presidential Leadership Scholar. Andy's a West Point graduate and former Army football player who spent over 20 years leading Soldiers including multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and five years with two elite Special Forces units. He taught Performance Psychology and leadership at West Point, the Air Force Academy and Texas A&M University. Andy works with high performing populations in multiple arenas including pro sports, business, health care and emergency services.
