Episode 68: Interview with Ramon Mitchell

This week, we're chatting with Ramon Mitchell, who's a buyer's agent and founder of Gault & Co. Ramon is a pretty understated humble guy, but he's a very fascinating, highly educated guy, and he provides some great insights into some of his advocacy work with property managers and on the strata committees as well, and we dive into some property market economics fundamentals and due diligence and look for opportunities for investors. He gives us some great advice on setting goals and reviewing our portfolio and just some awesome general comments on the property market and its direction for the next little while as well.
