Welcome to number 68 and this week I am joined by Kathleen Israel who has written the best selling book Wisdom on the Camino: A Spiritual Journey Sharing Forgiveness and Possibilities to Inspire the Rest of Your Life. Kathleen walked the Camino Frances which is 491 miles from St Jean in France to Santiago de Compostela a few years back. What is inspiring about this journey is that Kathleen lost her husband to Parkinson's Disease and decided to do this walk...in her seventies. Really great stuff! We talk about the preparation, the walking, how many miles was covered per day, the Albergues (hostels), the people she met, the food, the places she went to, what she saw and so much more!
