Back to Funk Meem Broadcasting since 1980, BACK TO FUNK is Australias longest running funk music radio show. Not only has the show been a long-time fixture on Sydneys airwaves, but over the years fans have also been treated to rare interviews with funk heavyweights such as George Clinton, Kool Bell (Kool & the Gang), Charlie Wilson (Gap Band), Fred Wesley and members of James Brown's Band, Todd Terje, Mr Scruff, Jamie Liddell, and Lance Ferguson from The Bamboos. The show is currently hosted by DJ MEEM, a celebrated DJ and music producer who has performed at some of the countries biggest festivals, and is credited as a pioneer of electronic music in Australia. Back to Funk reaches a wide and diverse audience, and features many styles of music. It has always represented and promoted black music styles, and was integral to the development of hip hop culture in throughout the 80's and 90's in Sydney. Back to Funk airs every Monday from 12:00 – 2:00pm on 2ser107.3FM and streams live at 2ser.com Each week DJ WSM Radio's Coffee, Country & Cody WSM Radio / Opry Entertainment Group Coffee, Country & Cody is the long-running morning show on Nashville's WSM Radio, broadcasting over the air on 650 AM and worldwide on the WSM App and at WSMRadio.com. Bill Cody, who has hosted the show for more than 30 years, leads the team along with his co-host, Amazon Music's Kelly Sutton, a fixture on Nashville radio and television since 2001. Producer Charlie Mattos and content coordinator Annie Ney round out the crew. WSM Radio made its mark on country music history on October 5, 1925. It was on that day that the station hit the airwaves. On November 28 of that same year, the station birthed the WSM Barn Dance, soon renamed the Grand Ole Opry, which remains the world's longest-running radio show. Since its very beginning, WSM has (and continues to) broadcast every Opry show live, along with a daily programming lineup of talented hosts presenting classic and contemporary country music.©WSM Radio
