Alan Richardson is the current GM of Football Performance at the reigning premiers in the AFL the Melbourne Demons Football Club. Previously, he was the Senior Coach of the St Kilda Football Club from 2014 to 2019. He has been an AFL assistant coach at Essendon, Port Adelaide, Carlton, Collingwood and Western Bulldogs Football Clubs.
