We are delighted to have Ben Wilf Goodfellow on our podcast.

Wilf is From - Cumbria

he now Lives and works in Wrexham

Specialities - Hilly course, The hillier the course the better Wilf performs!

Growing up Wilfs parents tried their best to get him to enjoy sports. He swam multiple times a week for a local club (Carnforth Otters) but never showed much talent. By age 16 he fell away from sports.

Wilf began training for a triathlon in his 3rd & final year of uni (2017) to keep himself busy in his spare time by joining the local Tri club (Wrecsam Tri). He was seeing massive improvements session by session giving Wilf the drive to keep training harder and harder. Seeing improvement is still what drives him today.
Looking back on his progress over these years Ben has completely evolved as an athlete. Wilf says he could never have imagined what he would have achieved already and he is looking forward to seeing what he can do in the future.
