Episode 69 - Gabbie Plain
from Outside The Chute Hosted by outsidethechute
Outside The Chute sat down and chatted with Aussie Olympian and current University of Washington Husky pitcher, Gabbie Plain. Gabbie is only 23 years old and has already had enough awards and accolades many would be proud of for an entire career. She is a 3 time All Pac-12 First Team winner, two time First Team All-American, the 2021 Pac-12 Pitcher of the Year and USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year Top 3 Finalist, just to name a few. We’re gonna talk to Gabbie about getting her start in the game down in Australia, her time on the national scene down there, how she decided on joining the Huskies and of course, competing at the recent Olympic Games in Tokyo. Gabbie was such a pleasure to chat with and it was so awesome to get to talk one on one with not only this amazing talent, but person as well.
