Episode 69: The Secret To Real Transformation This Year

Happy New Year and welcome to 2022!! Over my vacation, I reflected about what I wanted to share with you in week 1 of the year. Here's what landed in my spirit. It's time to Stop. Stop the yearly cycle of setting New Year resolutions, only to completely ignore them by Feb because life got busy. Stop mentally beating yourself up because you may have already messed up on some of your "goals". Stop writing and rewriting your "intentions" in a brand new 2022 journal, knowing full well the last journal from 2021 still has lots of blank pages. Stop following free, cookie-cutter advice that isn't tailored to you. Each year, we get older. And wiser. So, how do you use this wisdom to transform in any area of life?
