For me, music truly does act as the carrier wave for emotion. What I mean by that is that it allows me to move through feelings without needing to attach a “story” to them. In short, It keeps me in my body & out of my head. Today’s guest on the show is a man whose speciality is music. He is a master of his craft in which he takes people through music & allows them to make connections in their lives to move through emotions with grace & ease. Ever since I first had a session with him, the way I looked at music changed forever.
