Coach Adam is joined today by Rockford Raptors Club Director, Nick Roman. Nick also helps coach the goalies and a couple of the clubs teams.  Adam and Nick discuss how important being a well rounded athlete is for a decrease in sport injury, having fun and avoiding burnout during the seasons.  Rockford Raptors established in 1994, since then they have sent over 300 athletes to go and play soccer at the college level, 3 players currently play in the MLS, 2x National Champions, National runner up in 2004 and 2005, and 5x regional champs.  Enjoy the Show!
