In this episode of Bovine Banter, Amber Yutzy, Penn State Extension Dairy Educator, interviews Pennsylvania dairy producer Vicki Baker of Maple Bottom Farm.  Vicki and her husband share their passion for the dairy industry by educating the public at their dairy farm.  Recently, they have explored other ways to keep the farm financially viable by forming a cooperative to tell Guernsey milk and cheese.  They have also added a sunflower field and bed and breakfast to their farm operation.  Learn how Maple Bottom farm has become a destination in Western Pennsylvania and hosts thousands of visitors each summer.
