Episode 7: Chicago

This week we discuss our first musical, the 2002 Best Picture Winner CHICAGO. We dig deep to figure out what distinguishes a movie as a "musical", and we dive deep to discuss this 1920s style modern production. Amidst the conversation we discuss why it might be that musicals have had such a strong history at the oscars, while comedies are regularly overlooked.
