In Episode 7, I am joined by Kate Strawson - co-founder of Shooting Star, Kate has worked on many of the agency’s key accounts over the past 15 years including Midlands Enterprise Universities and the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership. Kate is a qualified journalist who has worked in print and broadcast as well as in public and private sector PR. She completed her degree in journalism at the University of Lincoln in 2001 and worked in PR for bespoke kitchen manufacturer Scottwood of Nottingham and as a journalist at Lincs FM Group before returning to the University of Lincoln as press officer in 2005. Kate shares how she is now balancing her work and family life whilst still creating a psychologically safe work environment. We delve in to the workplace post covid and how to manage hybrid working.
