Theattention this book received inspired Angela to publish "Jamesand the Fireburn," an anti-bullying children's book using theFireburn as a backdrop. Her children’s book correlates bullyingwith the behaviors of the plantation owners who abused theLaborers and encourages children to break the silence of bullyingand it won an award with Book Authority as one of the Caribbeanhistory books of all time.Angela is the Executive Producer of the award-winning "FireburnThe Documentary", which is being shown in film festivals globally.Filmed on the island of St. Croix, it is designed as a tool forcultural preservation, education, and entertainment and examinesthe history behind the Fireburn.
