Boomers take longer to make decisions and in markets with low inventory it makes it more challenging to have to get an offer in fast. For millennials, the challenge has been there seems to be fear around purchasing a home due to the prices. Advice is to buy now before rates come down lower and more buyers are competing for less homes again.Advice for new agents?Don’t try to do it all. Know what your strengths are and focus on the basics like filling out contracts correctly. Lean on Title Companies, senior brokers in your office and lending partners to help you navigate the first few years in the business.
