Episode 7: Making Primary Care Work!

Today we will be speaking to Bumni who is a nurse practitioner that currently owns a primary care practice. She is wanting to grow her practice as it has been on the slow side over the past year.  She is needing assistance with marketing her practice as her patient volume has not been increasing in any significant fashion. She is also needing help with integrating additional services lines into her practice to increase her revenue. We find out that the biggest issue Bumni is having in her business is that she has not adequately identified her target market, which is decreasing her practices marketing effectiveness.
