Ok, so look, mental illness is a big thing that affects the black community. Yal know back in the day, when you were younger it was taboo to talk about mental health. Mental health was viewed as a sign of weakness, a stain on someone's life, and not taken seriously. Luckily, in recent years mental health has been pushed to the forefront. It's a difficult conversation to have because we both have struggled with certain mental issues, but also we both have experienced therapy, the effects that it has on our lives, and also procrastinating on getting the help we need to fix our mental issues.
