Episode Seven: Narcissists (Part One): How To Spot One, How To Deal With One And What It’s Like To Date One* Narcissists or people with narc tendencies can make your life a living HELL, especially when you are unaware of what’s really going on. They can create so much unnecessary stress and drama and trauma and let’s be real - ain’t nobody got time for that. I’m creating this episode to help you to spot when it is happening to or around you or how to navigate life with one in it, especially if it’s someone who you love. I want to help you to avoid the heartaches and headaches I’ve endeared learning first-hand what it’s like to be in an intimate and vulnerable scenario with someone who has narcissistic tendencies. Life with one can be a far from paradise and you deserve to be happy! So just as it’s important to talk about ways to pave your path to paradise, it’s equally as important to have conversations around things that could delay, diminish and/ or hurt your process or progress.
