Episode 7 - Pine Family

from Herby At Heart · host Tash and Phil

Grandfather Pine is the theme of this show a tree in the Pinacea family also known as evergreens. They stand tall and straight, resilient and grounding giving us a green landscape throughout the year.  They protect, they warm, they heal. In this episode, we will explore the world of the pine and what they have to give and teach us.  Pine trees are known for their ability to thrive in harsh conditions, endure the passage of time, and grow strong through their deep, stabilising roots. Similarly, body therapy emphasises the importance of grounding, resilience, and the healing of both emotional and physical trauma, drawing parallels to the strength and adaptability of the pine tree. We will have the pleasure of interviewing Daniel Holbach who works in body psychotherapy and Somatic Experience.
