Zack is a long time strength coach having studied and coached at many institutions such as Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Wilkes University, University of Pittsburgh etc. Zack gives his opinions on lunges as well as a plethora of other lifting techniques and faux pas. The moral of this episode is that Zack is one of the best (if not the best) strength coaches out there! The chicks also discuss his style of coaching and why that worked for them.
