Thanks for coming back for another episode of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Leadership Log podcast. This week we had the chance to sit down with our vice commander Col. Brady Hauboldt where he shares his thoughts on workforce expectations as we begin to slowly reoccupy our work centers. He also gave us a glimpse into his typical day since the corona virus pandemic hit. Col. Hauboldt stresses a few factors to keep in mind: Continue to maximize telework when you can Self-monitor for symptoms – don’t risk your coworkers’ health with fever, cough or cold (use sick leave or telework where appropriate) Wear a face-covering when moving to and from personal workspaces Feel free to remove the face covering at your personal workspace when 6 feet of social distancing is preserved Keep a contact tracing record when your work requires you to interact with people within 6 feet for more than 10 minutes at a time Transit to and from your work center should be limited to primary entry and exit points – avoid walking through other work center spaces Wipe down high touch surfaces such as light switches and door handles Avoid or wipe down common areas before and after each use And finally remember to frequently wipe down multi-user and personal workspace high touch items such as keyboards, phones, your computer’s mouse, etc. If you haven’t already done so then please consider subscribing and don’t forget to follow and like us on our website and social media platforms.
