Today I am joined with Sam who speaks openly about her Ulcerative Colitis and Permanent Stoma. She speaks about how much pain she was in until her surgery, she says it was the best thing she has ever done she had the surgery in 2018 and the diagnosed with UC back in 2017. Sam journey is a great listen she gives brilliant advise saying always be kind to yourself. Episode 7 is an awesome listen. Sam loves to educate people because she feels not many people know about IBD Awareness is important.
