Councilwoman Katherine Felton joins Izzy and David for the seventh episode of Voices of the Albemarle to speak about her adolescence as a young activist in Elizabeth City.Ms. Felton provides an inside look at her personal experience with protest marches and peaceful demonstrations, like the one at the W.T.
