Episode 7: Showing up with a Smile

Happy Easter! Episode 7 reminds us to keep showing up, to keep smiling and to keep giving during this unexpected holiday season. 2020 may not be going the way we imagined but that doesn't mean we can't stop showing up to love others. Today I tell the story of our amazing friends Alfredo and Liz in this story, or part of their story as they are truly warriors fighting for their 3 year old's life while still loving others so much. Alfredo is the reason I was able to get this podcast started as he helped me with the technical side of things. Liz is one of my besties expecting a little girl in a few months and we've missed them so much this past month as we normally spend a lot of time and even holidays together. (And their 5 year old is our son's best friend.) But that doesn't mean we can't still keep showing up and loving each other during the quarantine.
