Episode 7: Sophia Hilton

We still can't believe that our second ADHDAF guest is the one and only Sophia Hilton!The owner of the Not Another Brand has completely disrupted the industry in the last 6 years. Starting with the most talked about salon, Not Another Salon. She then went on to open 3 more companies, including an the biggest selling in-person academy in the UK, a social media consultancy company and retail. Recently, her Not Another Online learning Platform has over 4000 students across 52 countries worldwide and is now being translated into 5 languages.Sophia has a whopping 13 business awards putting her in the hall of fame at the Creative Head awards meaning she can no longer enter! That goes alongside a futher 4 awards in hairdressing  and colour and at the British Hairdressing awards and Creative Head.Sophia was diagnosed this year, aged 34.  Like us, Sophia is just a few months in to discovering her Neurodivergence. We begin this Episode backwards with 'the most ADHD thing we've done this week', as a disclaimer for the sound quality.
