from Real Talk Real Healing · host Cushy

This week Lisa and Desi get into the messy, beautiful, uncomfortable truth of creating something new — whether that's a business, a relationship, a new version of yourself, or all of the above. What comes up when you start pushing your edges? Everything that's been waiting to be seen.Desi gets real about the fear of rejection, her inner child work, and what happens when you're running an online event, detoxing from sugar, and hitting burnout all at the same time. Lisa holds space, they do a live "feeler" together, and they talk about what it actually looks like to honor yourself even when it feels like letting people down.In this episode:Why creation always brings up your unhealed parts (on purpose)Inner child work and the fiction we write when someone might say noWhat a "feeler" is and how to use it with the people in your life (outline below!)Energy, vibration, and how you show up in everything you doMicro practices to get back into alignment on hard daysDesi's upcoming free event: Little Girl, Big Healing (June 14–26)Growth doesn't happen in the comfort zone — and neither does this podcast.
