Episode 7 - Wild Food Boy

This week is a really special one for me, it's a little different to what we normally have but I hope that you will love it as much as you have loved the episodes that have come before it. This episode is on the subject of Deer Hunting or Stalking as it is more commonly known. Something I personally am passionate about as is my guest Jose Souto. I know that it can be a bit of a controversial subject, but many of the issues that people have with this subject I believe can be put into perspective with a little bit of education.Before we get into deer we speak about Jose’s upbringing in London and the summers he spent in Spain. We discuss how his two Spanish parents moved out of Spain separately before they eventually met here in the UK and how this Spanish heritage helped form his passion for produce, provenance and wild food.
