In this week's roundtable discussion, in a change to the usual hosting duties, Pete chairs the roundtable, with Kiley (a huge Bethesda and Microsoft fangirl) joining Ciaran McGinn @TheeMcGinn, Charles Oakley @OakleyReviews and JMac @jmac857 to discuss how we all felt about the recent finalisation of the acquisition of Bethesda/Zenimax by Microsoft. The news of the finalisation of the deal was handled by a roundtable discussion between Microsoft and heads of Bethesda studios, like Tango, Machine Games, Bethesda Game Studios and ID. We discuss what the future holds for Bethesda published games, how each company may run assistance on other projects, like Halo Infinite or Perfect Dark for example, the recent announcement of 20 Bethesda games being launched on Game Pass and why more weren't added.
