Episode 70: Chant
from 5 Song Set Hosted by 5 Song Set
Chant - when I hear the word, I think of Gregorian chant from the Middle Ages. However, chant goes far beyond that. There is chant in a variety of religions and cultures, in ancient and modern music, at football games and in church. In this episode, you'll hear five examples of chant. I hope that you enjoy them. The songs are "Tantum ergo sacramentum" by Mignarda, "Lord of the Ganas" by Bill Pfleging, "I Fight Ganon" by I Fight Dragons, "Ride On" by Chance Chants, and "Kalibelar" recorded by Collection Petites Planètes.
