I am so happy that I am shameless at inviting people on the podcast. I got to meet the very cool, the very driven, the very fun, Geoff Freeborn. I had a blast hear about his road to professional baseball pitcher for the Vipers. We discussed life, coaching , training, family and a little neurology.  I feel like I ended the podcast way to early.
