Send us Fan MailOn Episode 70 we chat to Agegroup Athlete Jane Blunt after she got in touch wanting to share her story of how she got into multisport after years of playing tennis.Jane had a background playing tennis at a very good level and then went on to coach abroad for several years, when injury and family life took over.After trying to get back into tennis socially and having a further injury, she decided to give sport a rest.When Jane decided that she wanted to get moving again not only for her physical wellbeing, but mental well being as well, she joined a gym where she met a coach who was doing her first triathlon. Jane became interested and through that aimed to do one also. Jane got the bug, joined a club, got a coach, trained hard and won several triathlons before qualifying to represent GB.   Jane came 4th in the standard world duathalon championships in Romania last year at 56 years old. She had only started training In 2020. Joined TWTC  club 6 months earlier.
